HHE! HHE! HHE!

Our HouseHold Effects (HHE) has arrived!   It was pure excitement for about 15 minutes until I realized that we had to unpack all 2,000 pounds of it.

Even wrapped I could tell what it was....my DYSON!
The Embassy does a good job on their "welcome kit."  Pampered Chef kitchen supplies, vacuum, etc. etc. etc.  But there is nothing like eating a dinner off your own dinner plate or sleeping on your own mattress. Opening the box with my 32 bottles of wine was the highlight of my day.  But then I pulled a major pary foul and dropped two of the bottles... no biggie, both bottles were Chardonney.
WINE!
So we are slowly unpacking the house and making this apartment look more like "home."  The only thing missing now is our Ranger.  He should be getting here in a few short weeks...like three weeks and 4 days, but who's counting?

Oh, and I got my Bali hat (definition of Bali hat = really big, floppy hat) just in time for our trip!

And finally....a BIG shout out to my Alpha Gams for the wonderful calendar of pictures they made me for all two years in Indonesia.  The calendar is hanging directly over my computer so I can see our pictures and laugh about our wonderful memories every day!
